Software Developer Fullstack – Application Software (m/f/d) | Dresden | Python / Rust | Microservices

Working Hours: 35–40 hours per week

Languages: Advanced German & Advanced English

Level: Experienced Professionals (Not suitable for career starters)

We are hiring an experienced Fullstack Software Developer (m/f/d) to join our team in Dresden. You will work on complex application software for distributed systems within a modern microservice architecture, focusing strongly on backend development in Linux environments.

This role is ideal for developers who combine strong technical depth with an agile mindset and enjoy driving code quality, performance, and scalable system design.

Your Responsibilities:

• Further develop complex software solutions for distributed systems in a microservice architecture
• Collaborate closely within an agile software development team
• Support Product Owners and Software Architects with technical expertise
• Drive topics such as code quality, maintainability, and execution performance
• Quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and apply them effectively
• Develop solutions for decoding and encoding network protocols and networking components

Your Profile:

• Strong experience in Python and/or Rust, with backend focus in Linux environments
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of microservices and REST interface design and implementation
• Experience with static code analysis, unit testing, and test automation
• Agile mindset with practical experience in Scrum or Kanban
• Structured, independent working style and strong teamwork skills

• Git – Advanced knowledge
• Jira – Advanced knowledge
• Confluence – Advanced knowledge
• SonarQube – Advanced knowledge
• Unit test frameworks (e.g., gtest, nunit, unittest) – Advanced knowledge
