European Patent Attorney – Munich, Germany

I am working with a leading firm that is experiencing significant growth in its contentious Life Sciences practice and is now looking to hire a European qualified Patent Attorney with up to 3 years PQE to join its team in Munich.

The opportunity

This role sits within a well-established and expanding Life Sciences group, handling a broad range of opposition and litigation work. You will be involved in complex pharmaceutical and biotech matters, working closely with experienced partners on high profile cases for an international client base.

Key responsibilities

• EPO oppositions and appeals
• Supporting and running patent litigation matters
• Advising clients on contentious life sciences issues
• Working closely with colleagues across offices and jurisdictions

About You

• European qualified Patent Attorney with up to 3 years PQE
• Strong pharmaceutical or biotechnology background
• Experience in oppositions and or patent litigation
• Experience gained in private practice or in house
• No requirement to speak German
• No prior experience of living or working in Germany required
