Cedar is partnering with a fast-scaling, PE backed international technology-led organisation. The business has a growing global footprint across the UK, Europe, and North America and continues to invest heavily in building scalable, best-in-class finance infrastructure to support its expansion.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Group Finance professional to take ownership of group consolidation activities across multiple territories, while playing a key role in shaping reporting processes and systems in a complex, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver group consolidations across multiple international entities, ensuring accurate and timely conversion from local GAAP to IFRS
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of a group consolidation system, improving efficiency, consistency, and data integrity
• Oversee multi-currency and intercompany accounting across the group structure
• Coordinate with external advisors on areas such as transfer pricing and group reporting alignment
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable finance processes to support continued international growth
• Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic and ad hoc initiatives, providing technical insight and commercial support
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting quality, strengthen controls, and streamline group-level processes

About you

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA or CA preferred) with strong experience in group accounting and multi-entity consolidations
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with consolidation tools (e.g. Lucanet) and exposure to ERP systems (SAP / S4HANA advantageous)
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up or high-growth international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams
• German language skills are advantageous, alongside professional working proficiency in English
