About the Role:

Concept Engineering is seeking an experienced MEMS Process Integrator to support our clients RF MEMS project. You will play a key role in turning innovative device concepts into manufacturable processes and contributing to cutting-edge RF technology development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the concept and architecture of core RF-MEMS devices
• Develop and document process flows, including control steps
• Plan and define Design of Experiments (DoEs)
• Define testchips and test programs
• Perform device characterization (electrical, mechanical, thermal)
• Provide weekly interim readouts on progress and results

Deliverables:

• Device concept and architecture
• Process flow and DoEs
• Testchip and test programs
• Characterization report

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MEMS process integration
• Hands-on experience with RF MEMS switches is strongly preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
