German-Speaking Freelance Influencer Manager

I am on the hunt for a German-speaking Freelance Influencer Manager with a deep knowledge of the German influencer and creator ecosystem to support its Relationships team on social-first influencer campaigns.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across accounts, strategy, insights and creative, delivering best-in-class influencer and advocate work for a range of brands.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end influencer activations: talent identification, outreach, negotiation, contracting and invoicing
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators and talent agencies
• Acting as a day-to-day contact, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign progress
• Identifying creators using research tools and a strong understanding of the German influencer landscape
• Supporting campaign strategy, launches, events and social activations
• Creating decks and materials for client presentations and pitches
• Tracking KPIs, reporting on performance and feeding insights back into strategy
• Staying culturally tuned into social and influencer trends

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in influencer marketing, ideally agency-side
• Deep knowledge of the German influencer and creator ecosystem
• Confident managing projects from brief to delivery
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent German and English
