Senior ServiceNow Consultants – Germany – hybrid

I’m partnered with a well established consultancy that is continuing to invest in and scale its ServiceNow practice across Germany. A great chance to take a lead position in the practice as they continue to expand.

Role Overview

• Participate in or lead complex ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM
• Analyse business needs and design effective technical solutions aligned with best practice
• Contribute to architecture standards, delivery processes, and solution governance
• Support and mentor junior team members (senior roles)
• Occasional but flexible travel to client locations within Germany

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects – configuration, implementation, or architecture
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, platform design, and delivery methodologies
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with both business and technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CTA are advantageous
