Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:

  • Shape the future of Groq. Develop a strategy that propels the business forward, and continuously innovate and refine our approach for talent development and management.
  • As a key player in the Talent BP team, you’ll be a driving force behind organization design, communication, employee growth, and talent density. Expect to make strategic decisions that shape the future of Groq and make a real impact.
  • Become a trusted advisor and mentor to our leaders and their teams while entrusting them to excel and grow. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and make magic happen.

  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, with a keen eye for reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is a plus
  • Certified Coach – Leadership, career & spot coaching through ICF endorsed program

Compensation: At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $143,600 – $251,300, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks. #LI-DNI

Location: Groq is a geo-agnostic company, meaning you work where you are. Exceptional candidates will thrive in asynchronous partnerships and remote collaboration methods. Some roles may require being located near our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
